Ravioli Parmigiano Reggiano & Trufe

Preparation suggestion: 

  1. Add the pasta to the boiling water.

  2. Boil gently for 5-6 minutes.

  3. Drain the pasta.

  4. Add extra virgin olive oil or your favorite sauce and serve immediately.

  5. Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.


Filling (55%): Ricotta cheese (WHEY, CREAM (MILK), salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, lactic acid), sauce with Parmigiano Reggiano 22% (water, Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. 15% (MILK, salt, rennet), corn flour, salt), CREAM (MILK), Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. 12% (MILK, salt, rennet), WHEY powder (MILK), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, salt, yeast), BUTTER (MILK), salt, natural flavors, black truffle (Tuber aestivum) 0.06%.

Pasta (45%): WHEAT flour, EGG 28.5%, WHEAT semolina.
