Beef brisket with BBQ sauce 

Impress any audience and be ready for a great dining experience in just minutes. The marinated beef brisket steak, slow cooked at a constant temperature of less than 100 °C, is ready in just 25 minutes. Enjoy this juicy and tender meat, then get ready to take the glory for a restaurant-like dinner. 


Preparation suggestion: 

  1. Oven (with convection) - 180 °C, for 25 minutes; 

  2. Remove the plastic wrap and place the beef brisket in an ovenproof dish. 

  3. Poor the Barbeque sauce onto the meat and place it in the preheated oven, on the middle shelf. 

  4. It can also be cooked on the grill. 


Serving suggestion: 

Slice and serve with your favorite garnish. 



Marinated beef brisket 95% (beef brisket 84%, marinade 11% (water, rice starch, salt, dextrose, acidity corrector: sodium bicarbonate; spice extracts), spiced sauce 5% (cane sugar, spices , salt, caramelized sugar syrup, spice extracts, herbs, coloring: beetroot juice powder, smoked salt (salt, wood smoke), acidity regulator: citric acid. May contain traces of MUSTARD and CELERY. 
Extra smoked barbecue sauce 50g (38.2 ml): sugar, honey, tomato paste, sugar beet syrup, water, mustard (water, MUSTARD seeds, brandy vinegar, salt, spices), smoked salt (salt, wood smoke), modified starch, acidity corrector: acetic acid; garlic, whiskey blend, rapeseed oil, spice extracts, BARLEY MALT extract.
