POLICY REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Because your trust is important to MACROMEX SRL, processing your personal data in a legal, fair, transparent and safe manner is our priority. For this purpose, we have adopted this Policy regarding the protection of personal data, which we invite you to familiarize yourself with.
1. Introduction
Starting from 25.05.2018, the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data no. 679/2016 of the EU, hereinafter referred to as GDPR.
This document explains when and why we collect personal data, how we use it, the conditions under which we can disclose it to others, how we store it safely and what are the rights of the data subjects, according to the law, in relation to such processing.
The purposes and conditions of personal data processing according to this notice apply to all personal data provided to SC MACROMEX, SRL (hereinafter MARCROMEX), within the contractual or non-contractual relations with MACROMEX, depending on the products and services made available by MACROMEX
Personal data represents any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person, such as, but not limited to name, surname, e-mail address, no. phone number, data from the communicated CV, etc.

5. The legal basis of the processing
Your personal data, collected through this website, as well as in other situations, will be processed only if: it is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation or for the conclusion or execution of a contract to which you are a party or based on a legitimate interest of MACROMEX or if we have your consent.
Regarding the data collected as a result of you accessing the site, or as a result of completing the contact form in the Contact category, or as a result of submitting your CV to the Careers, available positions, internship category, for the legality of the processing we have need your express consent for the requested personal data, as well as any other information provided and completed by you, even unsolicited, to enter the MACROMEX database to be processed exclusively in view of the purpose for which they were transmitted.

6. Purpose of processing
Your personal data will only be processed for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes
Regarding the data collected through this site, they will be processed to be able to respond to requests, information, reports, orders, support requested by you, etc. through the contact form, from the Contact section, as well as to be able to process your request to participate in an internship or application for an available position, through the Careers section.
Also, each access to the site by you will be used to check and keep a record of the number of accesses, the IP, collected through the programs Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Remarketing Code, Facebook Pixel.
This information is processed in your interest and in order to be able to meet your needs, either to answer your questions or concerns, or to complaints regarding the quality of the products or other complaints, or to be able to offer you personalized services and offers specific, promotions, to be able to provide you with products or information, or to be able to get involved in MACROMEX campaigns that offer you the opportunity to win prizes and products, etc.

Therefore, MACROMEX will be able to periodically order the deletion of certain data/categories of data (for example, to the extent that their storage is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or to fulfill the legal obligations related to the company archive and the archiving of financial documents - supporting accounts, etc.).

9. Transmission of data
MACROMEX does not transmit the entrusted personal data to other entities or persons from third countries or international organizations, but it is possible to disclose them either to authorized companies, contractors of MACROMEX or to public authorities and institutions, within the European Economic Area, to achieve the purpose for which they have have been collected, to the following categories of recipients, who will then process personal data only for these purposes:

collaborators: respectively advertising, marketing and promotion agencies: to help us deliver and analyze the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and promotions, for example, our trusted partners who may use your personal data to offer you the services and / or products on that you requested, and the service providers

to other parties if: it is required by law or necessary to protect the legal rights and interests of MACROMEX, to authorities, public institutions, courts, etc., in order to comply with the law, in case of transactions (mergers, absorptions) or other corporate activities, such as the transfer of a part of the activity, consolidation, reorganization, etc.
10. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
A. The right to be informed
You have the right to obtain from us a confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, access to the respective data and the following information:

recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data has been or will be disclosed, especially recipients from third countries or international organizations;

where possible, the period for which the data is expected to be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to establish this period;

the right to request from MACROMEX the rectification or deletion of the data or the restriction of the processing of the data relating to the data subject or the right to oppose the processing;

the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority;

if the data are not collected from you, any available information regarding their source;

the existence (if applicable) of an automated decision-making process including the creation of profiles, as well as, at least in the respective cases, pertinent information regarding the logic used and regarding the importance and expected consequences of such processing for the data subject.

MACROMEX provides upon request a copy of the personal data that are the subject of processing. If the data subject submits the application in electronic format and unless the data subject requests a different format, the information will be provided in a currently used electronic format.
B. The right to rectification
You have the right to obtain from MACROMEX, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes for which the data were processed, you have the right to obtain the completion of personal data that are incomplete, including by providing an additional statement.
C. The right to data deletion ("the right to be forgotten"),
You have the right to obtain from MACROMEX the deletion of your personal data, without undue delay, if there is one of the following reasons:

the personal data are no longer necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected or processed;

you withdraw the consent based on which the processing takes place and there is no other legal basis for the processing;

exercise, at any time, the right to opposition, for reasons related to the particular situation in which you find yourself, regarding data processing based on the legitimate interest of MACROMEX, including the creation of profiles based on said processing and there are no legitimate reasons that to prevail in terms of processing;

personal data were processed illegally;
-
personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation that belongs to MACROMEX.

In certain situations, the law provides for certain limitations regarding the exercise of this right, for example, by way of exception, the deletion of data will not be possible immediately, and MACROMEX can refuse the deletion of data, if the processing (storage) is necessary to comply with a legal obligation ( for example, activities related to MACROMEX's document archive), for establishing, exercising or defending a right in court by MACROMEX or for exercising the right to free expression and information.
D. The right to restriction of processing
You have the right to obtain the restriction of processing if one of the following cases applies:

contest the accuracy of the data - the restriction will apply to you for a period that allows MACROMEX to verify the accuracy of the data;

the processing is illegal, and you oppose the deletion of personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use;

MACROMEX no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing, but you request them for establishing, exercising or defending a right in court;

you objected to processing for reasons related to your particular situation, to processing based on the legitimate interest of MACROMEX, including the creation of profiles based on said processing - the restriction will apply to you for a period that allows MACROMEX to verify whether the rights legitimate rights of the operator prevail over those of the concerned person.

If the processing has been restricted according to the above, such personal data can, with the exception of storage, be processed only with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal persons or for reasons of public interest.
E. The right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data that concern you and that you have provided to MACROMEX, in a structured format, currently used and that can be read automatically and you have the right to transmit this data to another operator, without obstacles on the part of MACROMEX, if the processing is based on your consent or the need to execute a contract, and the processing is carried out by automatic means.
In exercising the right to portability, you have the right to have your personal data transmitted directly by MACROMEX to another operator, where this is technically feasible.
Exercising this right does not affect the right to delete data or the rights and freedoms of others.
F. The right to opposition
At any time, you have the right to oppose, for reasons related to your particular situation, the processing based on the legitimate interest of MACROMEX, including the creation of profiles based on said processing. In such a case, MACROMEX will no longer process the data, unless it proves that it has legitimate and compelling reasons that justify the processing and that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or that the purpose is to establish, exercise or defend a right in instance.
Moreover, in all cases where the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without being prejudiced in any way. According to the law, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing carried out by MACROMEX before the withdrawal of consent.
G. The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automatic processing, including profiling
In the situation where this produces legal effects against the person concerned, or affects him in an important way, with the exceptions provided by law.
H. The right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling
As a data subject, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automatic processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects that concern or similarly affect you to a significant extent. This right does not apply if the decision:

is necessary for the conclusion or execution of a contract between you and MACROMEX

is authorized by Union law or internal law that applies to MACROMEX and that also provides for appropriate measures to protect your rights, freedoms and legitimate interests or

is based on your explicit consent.
In the event that you will be subject to an individual automated decision, including profiling, according to the above, you will also have the right to obtain human intervention from MACROMEX, to express your point of view and to challenge that decision.

The right to file a complaint
If you consider that the rights you benefit from as a data subject have been violated, you can address at any time, with a complaint or notification in this regard, to the National Authority for the Supervision of the Processing of Personal Data, based in B-dul G-ral. You can also file a legal action in the role of the competent courts.
You can exercise at any time, any of the rights, you can access and update your data at any time or obtain additional information using the contact data in section 3. Contact point for you. You will receive information on the actions taken following a request regarding your rights, without undue delay and in any case within one month at most from the receipt of the request. According to the law, this period can be extended by two months when necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. You will be informed of any such extension, within one month of receiving the request, including the reasons for the delay. If the data subject submits a request in electronic format, the information is provided in electronic format where possible. Also, if we do not take measures regarding the request submitted to us, you will be informed, without delay and within a maximum of one month from the receipt of the request, regarding the reasons why MACROMEX does not take measures and the possibility to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority and to introduce a judicial appeal.

11. Data processing security
MACROMEX processes your personal data with a full sense of responsibility, taking the necessary technical and organizational measures in order to ensure a level of security corresponding to the potential risks for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, to protect you against against illegal or unauthorized access or use, as well as against accidental loss or damage to data.
The security measures taken include, among others, the pseudonymization or encryption of personal data, the ability to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, continued availability and resilience of processing systems and services, the ability to restore the availability of personal data and access to it in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident, a process for periodic testing, evaluation and assessment of the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures to guarantee processing security.

12. Social networks
If a MACROMEX portal/website will be used a certain login of a social network (for example, Facebook account), MACROMEX will record the personal data available as well as the history on this social network, meaning that its use represents the express and unequivocal consent and the explicit agreement regarding the communication of your personal data recorded by MACROMEX through its portal.
We remind you that publishing on social media sites can have certain consequences, including for your confidentiality or the people whose data you communicate, being fully responsible for what you publish, MACROMEX not having any responsibility in this regard.
MACROMEX can at any time modify this policy, the updated procedure being valid from the date of publication on the website.
