Girasoli 5 Formaggi

Irresistible fresh egg pasta that are wrapping a rich cheesy filling. You'll feel, with every bite, that you're on an European tour, starting in Italy with Gorgonzola, stopping in Switzerland with Emmental, passing through Netherlands with Gouda and then flying to the UK with Cheddar.


Preparation suggestion: 

  1. Add the pasta to the boiling water.

  2. Boil gently for 3-4 minutes.

  3. Drain the pasta.

  4. Add extra virgin olive oil or your favorite sauce and serve immediately.

  5. Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

Note: Do not try to unstick the pasta before cooking.


Filling (55%): Ricotta cheese 23.7% (whey (MILK), cream (MILK), salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, lactic acid), Bechamel sauce (semi-skimmed MILK, soft WHEAT flour, water, butter (MILK), corn starch, sugar, salt), cream (MILK), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour, salt, yeast), LACTOSE, sunflower oil, cheese Gorgonzola DOP 5% (MILK, salt, lactic enzymes, rennet, blue mold Penicillium Candidum), Gouda cheese 5% (MILK, salt, lactic enzymes, rennet), Mozzarella cheese 4% (MILK, salt, rennet), whey powder (MILK), Emmental cheese 2% (MILK, salt, lactic enzymes, rennet), Cheddar cheese 2% (MILK, salt, lactic enzymes, rennet), salt.

Pasta (45%): soft WHEAT flour, EGG 28.5%, WHEAT semolina, water.

May contain traces of SOY, MUSTARD, FISH, CRUSTACEANS and NUTS.
