Pulled beef

Impress any audience and be ready for a great dining experience in just minutes. The marinated pulled beef meat, slow cooked at a constant temperature of less than 100 °C, is ready in just 25 minutes. Enjoy this juicy and tender meat, then get ready to take the glory for a restaurant-like dinner.


Preparation suggestion: 

  1. Oven (with convection) - 180 °C, for 25 minutes; remove the plastic wrap, place the beef meat in an ovenproof dish and place it in the preheated oven, on the middle shelf. 

  2. Microwave: Remove the plastic wrap, place the beef meat in a covered container and heat at 900 watts for 4 minutes or 600 watts for 10 minutes. 


Serving suggestion: 

Shred the meat using 2 forks. Serve as a steak with your favorite side dish, or cut the meat into thick slices and serve it in a burger or sandwich, along with sliced vegetables. 



Marinated beef 98% (boneless beef meat 85%, marinade 13% (water, rice starch, salt, maltodextrin, acidity corrector: sodium carbonate; stabilizer: diphosphates; spice extracts, beech wood smoke) ), seasoned sauce 2% (condiments (contains MUSTARD), salt, sugar, smoke flavor).
