Mezzelune Shrimp & Burrata Cheese

Preparation suggestion: 

  1. Add the pasta to the boiling water.

  2. Boil gently for 4-5 minutes.

  3. Drain the pasta.

  4. Add extra virgin olive oil or your favorite sauce and serve immediately.

  5. Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

Note: Do not try to unstick the pasta before cooking.

Filling (65%): Marinated SHRIMP 21.88% (SHRIMP 62.5% (Pandalus borealis), sunflower oil, lemon juice, LOBSTER broth (LOBSTER (Homarus americanus), water, onion, wine, tomatoes, olive oil, garlic), garlic, chives, lemon peel), Mozzarella cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), Burrata cheese 14.4% (MILK, cream (MILK), salt, rennet), butter (MILK), Ricotta cheese (whey (MILK), cream (MILK), salt, acidity regulators: citric acid, lactic acid), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour, salt, yeast), Bechamel sauce (semi-skimmed MILK, water, butter (MILK) , soft WHEAT flour, corn starch, sugar, salt, nutmeg), sunflower oil, LACTOSE, salt. Pasta (35%): soft WHEAT flour, 28.5% EGGS, WHEAT semolina.

May contain traces of SOY, MUSTARD, FISH and NUTS.
